Yesterday Matt, Indy and I returned from our adventures in Oregon. The first weekend we stayed in Portland for a wedding and then traveled to the coast starting Monday. We took our time and stopped in Seaside and then drove on to Manzanita. The house we rented was a block from the beach. It was perfect for numerous walks on the beach and tossing the ball for Indy. He actually played fetch. He wasn't quite sure about the water and ran away from it the first trip. Soon after he was leaping through the water and even took a few sips. Indy also figured out drinking
salt water isn't the best idea. Not only did he run all over Manzanita, but we took him to Cannon Beach for one day and had more fun. It was the perfect vacation. After our beach travels we headed back to Portland for another wedding. It was gorgeous, but so incredibly hot. We were wishing for the cool temperatures of the coast. Now that we have returned, Matt will be prepping the patio area for concrete and I'm going to attempt to finish 6 credits. We're just so happy to be slowing down for a bit!
